My focus areas – knowledge, understanding, and practical tools
I work with organizations and people who need support, insight, and practical tools to navigate their lives. My goal is to create change through understanding, respect, and curiosity, so that children, young people, adults, and their networks can find security, peace of mind, and meaning in their daily lives.
I conduct courses, lectures, and training programs on autism, ADHD/ADD, PDA, the Systemizer profile, and trauma and stress conditions.
For affected individuals, parents, partners, and relatives, it’s about understanding, supporting, and navigating relationships, without losing their footing or their own capacity. Knowledge creates space for reflection, self-understanding, and meaningfulness, both for the individual and for the family.
