Systemizer International

All people have strengths. For some, these lie in the ability to see patterns, understand complex relationships, and create structure. When these strengths are understood and used correctly, they can become an important resource – both for the individual and for the community.

I am fascinated by patterns – not only in data, but also in people. Why do we react differently? Why do some succeed in certain frameworks, while others struggle? And how can we use that knowledge to create better lives? Systemizer is developed based on the conviction that people possess different strengths. When we understand an individual's way of thinking, sensing, and functioning, it becomes possible to translate complex knowledge into concrete solutions in everyday life.

Systemizer – understand your own way of seeing the world

I have always been fascinated by why people think, learn, and react so differently. Why what gives one person energy and an overview can seem overwhelming to another – and why some people thrive best with structure and patterns, while others draw their strengths from elsewhere.

That curiosity has become Systemizer. Through research, clinical experience, and the development of SPQ 2.0, we work to make people’s different ways of functioning easier to understand – and translate that understanding into concrete solutions that create well-being, development, and better collaboration.

Course Center Søbygaard

Courses in picturesque surroundings near Præstø

Søbygaard is a splendid four-winged farm, beautifully situated with horses, cats, deer, wild hares, hedgehogs, pheasants, and fields all around. We are close to Gøngehøvdingen’s forest and there are ample opportunities for walks or runs in the vicinity.

After many years of studying what makes a difference in a busy society, also for people with special needs and their staff, we are now testing the nature hypothesis. We would like to incorporate these principles to a much greater extent in training and courses, so that one feels the change directly in the environment where the training takes place.
