About CAT-kit
With CAT-kit, you can offer conversation tools that go beyond words alone — something that can help children, adults, parents, and professionals alike to create dialogue, understanding, and shared insight into what can be difficult to put into words. CAT-kit is a tool that aids concrete, visual, and open shared reflection.
CAT-kit stands for Cognitive Affective Training/Talks – and is developed as an interactive communication tool that makes it possible to explore and discuss complex experiences in a more tangible way. It combines visual illustrations, concrete models, and a facilitated approach.
The use of CAT-kit can always be adapted to the individual, so it becomes a tool that meets the person exactly where they are — in experiences, emotions, and reflections alike.
CAT-kit is published in many languages and is part of the RESET work in my humanitarian aid efforts in Ukraine, Armenia, and Iraq, together with Mission10forty.
