A learning platform for neuropsychology, stress and human development
How do we help people understand their own brain, regulate stress and rediscover calm, hope and agency – even when life has left deep marks?
For many years, this question has been a driving force in my work and is today taking shape as RESET – a learning platform that gathers knowledge about neuropsychology, stress, trauma, relationships and human development in a holistic and practice-oriented approach.
RESET is built on the latest research combined with many years of clinical experience and teaching. The ambition is to make complex knowledge simple, applicable and meaningful through teaching, visual models, concrete exercises and tools that can be used by professionals, families and people who wish for a greater understanding of themselves and others.
The platform is continuously developed and already today forms the basis for teaching, international collaborations and humanitarian initiatives with a focus on regulation, resilience and human development.
