For adults, there is legislation in place to protect against stress and potential sick leave.<\/p>\n<p>However, what are neurodivergent schoolchildren to do when they cannot tolerate the noise, smells, toilets, shouting and clatter, and unpredictable sounds?<\/p>\n<p>Autism and ADHD are congenital and are present before diagnoses are given.
